A day before, we were talking about how creative and adaptive people nowadays when venue for buka puasa is concerned...Lately, not only places like hotels and restaurants are chosen but also at the sea side a.k.a. beach !...and my mum was fasting on the second day (puasa enam)..and she was excited about the idea of breaking the fast @ the beach !
So....on the second day of hari raya, at about 6.00 pm, all of us were ready, packing up food to the destination...Pantai Batu buruk, just a few metres from Hotel Primula KT...and about 2 km from my mum's house..
While most of the people heading back to their homes, our families were just started lying down the mat and getting ready for the 'picnic'..and the beach is lighted all along...the kids and the grown-up kids were playing football...the ladies were eating...mum performed maghrib prayer on the beach...while my family was considering jamak akhir for maghrib..
It was fun doing something different...especially with our own families..There were 4 families involved.....There were nobody else at the beach. Its totally ours for those two hours.....then we finally decided to leave.....
and planned the same event for next year !!
