MGCKL Hi Tea@One-World Hotel

....An annual gathering for GC of Wilayah Persekutuan KL......tis time was at One World Hotel...a 5-star hotel in the heart of Petaling Jaya. The place for the Hi Tea is **Cinnamon Cafe’..
Not so much to share......
Food wise: So many varieties..but I ended up with 5 sticks of satay, a plate of rojak, two bowls of ABC....waaaaa....ABC..ABC top up with ice cream......
1. 5 sticks of stay= 187 Cal


2. A plate of Rojak= 660 Cal

3. 2 bowls of ABC with 2 scoops of ice cream= 400 cal


4. ....Misc = 200 Cal
TOTAL Cal= 1387 Cal

My requirement = 1600-1800 Cal....so ...ok lagi kot...
..Tetiba nak calculate Calory pulak...maybe sebab tadi tersebat 2 mangkuk ABC..(mangkuk saiz sederhana maaa..)

...Then acara ...Lucky Draw..seperti biasa...never lucky...My Unlucky number was 55..

Place wise: ..a bit warm, no privacy, not Islamic?..there r Wine bottles display at the entrance.....( I dont favor the scene..).


Time wise: It started at 12.30noon..,lasted till 3.30pm...rushed home to perform Zohor prayer...

I brought my digital cam but didn’t feel like snapping photos there...except for one shot.......

Among present were the Director of KL Edu Dept, Ketua Nazir WPKL...and others........NOt so much to remember...Except get 'sesat' to get there...with Kak Kamariah and Noriah..

...and Congratulation to the committee members led by Leela who ve done a great job to make this Hi Tea a success...and all AJK Induk..Syabas.
