A healthy hamper

..I was invited to give a brief talk on Action Research at auditorium of WPKL Edu Dept on the 22 nd..It was a brief account on as how to go about starting action research at school level with the target samples are the form six teachers..It was indeed a short output and I m not to say so satisfied with it because...when u want to share about Action reserach it needs quite some time to explain well so that your audience will b fully understand what you are talking about...

But still, in half an hour Talk i just manage to explain the overview and wrap up the highlighted parts of doing it...I would prefer it to be hands on...but...time constraints!!

Anyway, I sincerely hope it will be an eye opener for the Principals and GPK of whats the importance of Action reserach and at least they do not think it as a burden to ever start doing it...And of course there are so so many references about it...anywhere..Printed..and in the net...just strike 'action research' or 'kajian tindakan'...you will get all sort of samples...Its totally up to you to pick one, adopt and adapt.. as your title!!

...and of course each time after i gave a Talk, at least I have something to bring back..a token of appreciation..Well, Malaysian style! anyway I like it very much...The fruits....and I call it a 'Healthy hamper'...Thanks to Datin Azah (she must be the one who thinks about this)....

A healthy Hamper!

..and back home my hubby just came back from visiting Sarawak (part of his job)..and again he brought back Sarawak identities...without fail! ...and I like the Bario rice..which is cultivated in the Kelabit Highlands of Sarawak, at over 1000 m above sea level...a cool, pristine and natural environment....a refreshing flavor and unique taste and texture..and is regarded as one of the finest grains in the world!!!

..then the pepper of Sarawak

and the Tebaloi - Sarawak Sago Snack

This traditional Sarawak Snack, is a delicacy of the Melanau People of Sarawak. It is taken as a snack and served to guests with tea and coffee. The unique taste of Tebaloi is so special that it has become a very popular snack for all race in Sarawak. The main producing areas of Tebaloi are in the Mukah and Dalat Districts along the coastal region of the Mukah Division. These areas favour large plantations of sago palms which produce sago powder, the main ingredient used in the processing of Tebaloi.
• Contents: Sago flour, Coconut, Sugar, Eggs and permitted Colouring.(Contains no added artificial flavouring and colouring)
...Looks like I'm promoting Sarawak??..believe it or not, I've never been to Sarawak...never!!!

I hope to be there soon!
